What we collect
Account info (name, email, region), profile details you add, listings and photos, messages, order and shipping details, and basic device and usage data.
Payments and identity
Card details and identity documents are handled directly by Stripe. Oopsy never sees or stores your full card number or your ID images.
How we use it
To run the marketplace, process payments and payouts, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, provide support and improve Oopsy. Delivery photos and their timestamps are kept as evidence for disputes.
What others can see
Your name, photo, username, bio, region, ratings and active listings are public. Your email and address are only shared with the other side of an order when needed for delivery.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run Oopsy (such as Stripe, our hosting provider and shipping carriers), or when required by law. We don't sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can edit your profile at any time, delete your account from Profile → Delete account, and request a copy of your data from Help & support. Some records may be kept as required by law (for example, tax records).
